I have the awesome and challenging privilege of being on staff for our youth ministry (One28) at church. This year our theme is – Look Only to Christ. What an awesome theme! I have already been thinking about it a ton because it is very easy to look to so many other things to find meaning and fulfillment. I don’t know why I look to the things of the world because the happiness found there NEVER lasts. Which ties into Sunday mornings in One28, we have been going through Ecclesiastes. I encourage everyone to read that book of the Bible often. How easy it is to forget that anything apart from God is vanity! Grasping after Wind – have you ever tried that? It doesn’t work – and yet we do it over and over! Looking only to Christ causes the things of the world to fade away. I am definitely ready for that!
